Renée Gucciardo is a 1989 graduate of Michigan State University and in 1992, graduated with Distinction from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Renée worked for six years an as Assistant Oakland County Prosecutor. In 1994, she became the first female to ever be promoted to the Special Drug Unit, where she handled over a thousand drug cases. Renée has successfully handled hundreds of jury trials, including numerous capital cases. Ms. Gucciardo is regarded in the legal community as a talented and highly respected litigator. Renée's tremendous trial experience allows her to be a tough negotiator and if necessary, an aggressive advocate for your case.

Upon entering private practice in 1999, Renée chose family law because it is an area of law which impacts people in profoundly personal ways. "I have chosen an area of law which is perhaps less lucrative than others, but which is extremely meaningful to me personally.
